The Mini Retreat Series is available Online + In-Person 

 

Excited to create a hybrid space where folks will be able to join us online for the series in the studio via Zoom. 

 

Recordings of the sessions will be uploaded into the portal for all participants In-Person + Online to enjoy anytime and access the videos for life!

 

6 WEEKLY, ONE HOUR-LONG MINI RETREATS

When: September 24th - October 29th, Saturday mornings @9am AST (8am EST)

Where:  Fall River Fitness Centre, 890 Fall River Road, Fall River B2T 1G5⁣

+ online live in studio.

This is not your average yoga class! 

Join us for the Mini Retreat Series, where we will Rejuvenate, Create, and Sustain your daily practices through a 6-week exploration. Yoga offered is accessible to all levels with the importance of listening to the body's needs, the practice is yours to explore. Please note there will be an intake form so that I am informed of your needs, experience, and anything else that would support me in optimizing your class experience.  

 

 


The Rejuvenate  ⫸ Create  ⫸ Sustain, Your Daily Practices 

The Mini Retreat series is for you if:


-you have intentions of rejuvenating your mind, body, soul connection


-calming the body and nervous system through mindfulness


-cultivating intentional living


-deepening or building your daily/weekly practices


-you’re on a journey of self-discovery or healing


REJUVENATE:  your wellbeing, Mind/Body/Soul


CREATE: deepen your connection and understanding of the art of setting intentions

 

 


SUSTAIN: your mindful living through the inspiration and exploration of a variety of practices over the 6 weeks

 

YOGA: mindful movement will be accessible, fun, invoke a connection to the body, and support the health of the body.

 

INTENTION: explore the art of intention setting.

 

SOUND: connecting to the frequency of your own instrument, the voice through mantra is a fun and powerful way to release, let go and tap into your inner creator/healer

 

 

Within the sessions, you are encouraged to listen to the body, and take care of yourself.  Postures offered will include a variety of forms with the intention of accessibility.

 

This class is for relaxation, rejuvenation, and for the beginner yogi, and yogis who want to guide themselves deeper into a gentle approach to yoga.

Natalie guides you gently into your inner teacher, allowing the body’s intelligence to show you the way; making your practice your own as you deepen your relationship within self and the body. Her intention is to support your growth, inspire you to learn from the wisdom discovered on the mat; and anchoring this knowledge into your everyday experiences.
